The anticipation for indie-rock band Pavement’s reunion show is slightly insane and the band’s concert at Central Park Summerstage on Sept. 21 (its first in the U.S. on its reunion tour) is already sold out (as are the concerts on the 22nd, 23rd and 24th). But fans now have another way to get tickets.
Matador Records is holding a contest that fans can enter to win tickets to the show (and plane tckets if they have to travel. To enter, go to the Matador Records website and tell the record company what songs you expect to hear on Pavement’s greatest hits album, which comes out in March.
