Judge: Tavern on The Green Can Keep its Name

A battle over the rights to the name “Tavern on the Green” ended Wednesday with the city coming out victorious, the Associated Press reported. Tavern on the Green’s former owners had argued they owned the rights to the name, supposedly worth $19 million.
