Politicians Get Involved After Riverside Attacks; Video Released of Suspect

Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer and local community board leaders will be out in Riverside Park Sunday starting at 1 to let people know about two recent attacks in the park. They’ll be passing out info about the suspect around 120th Street, the scene of an assault on Barnard student Marisa Cortright last Monday. Police released the video below of the suspect, who is described as a thin black man, about 5′8″ tall. Check out our coverage of the attacks here and here.
