NYPD Officer David London, who was captured on video hitting a man with his baton while the man was on the floor of a housing project on West 93rd Street, was acquitted of all charges by a jury on Monday. Walter Harvin, the Iraq war veteran who was beaten, could not be located by the district attorney or his family and thus never testified. London still faces possible charges from the police department, The New York Times reported. Check out our previous coverage and watch a video of the beating here.
