Another Big UWS Restaurant Closing: BarBao

They’re dropping like flies.
Short on the heels of some other prominent closings, Vietnamese restaurant Barbao at 100 West 82nd Street has shut its doors, Eater is reporting. The restaurant, known for delicacies like suckling pig and daikon duck hash, was founded by Michael Bao, who has been opening restaurants throughout the city. In fact, Bao poached the chef from Barbao for his new project in the East Village, DOB 111, says Eater. (thanks to tipster Daren)
