1. Taxes are going up in the city and will increase significantly over the short term (especially for the &quot;rich&quot;)

2. Jumbo mortgages are extremely difficult to get (over 4mm)...

3. Another deflation wave coming to the US via lower asset prices (stocks) / Euro issues (Greece first domino) / China tightening credit ...

4. ...and of course on the supply side- LOTS coming (UWS new developments!)</description>
