barnason2Phew! William Barnason, the superintendent to 3 Upper West Side buildings with child sexual abuse convictions on his rap sheet, does not have keys to those apartments anymore, a lawyer for landlord Stanley Katz told the New York Post.

Barnason oversees 144 West 73rd Street, as well as 140 and 142 75th Street (about 50 apartments), though Katz is now “evaluating what he’s going to do” about the situation, the Post reported. (thumbnail via sex offender registry)
