City Offering Services to Help Small Businesses on the UWS

The city has noticed just how hard it is for small businesses to thrive on the Upper West Side, what with escalating rents, Recession-plagued consumers, and huge new competition moving in. Michael Kim, who works with NYC Business Solutions, is looking to help small businesses on the Upper West Side with all of the daunting tasks of setting up shop and growing.

The city will help businesses hire workers by screening applicants and hook them up with lenders willing to put money behind small businesses. It also has access to free legal help. To contact Michael, write to him at michaelk at seedco dot org or call him at 917-493-7243.
