Apple Store Unveiled on Upper West Side

The fake red curtain has been parted! Light is now flooding in to the new Apple Store on 67th and Broadway, although we will have to wait until

Saturday for Apple to allow actual customers to flood in to the store. It’s got a glass spiral staircase, a gradually curving roof and, you know, lots of Apple products. Gothamist offers a sneak peek and tons of pictures.

The store has already posted some events and workshops, including a Youth Day on Sunday (what about old people? don’t they get a day too?) and a concert by the New York Philharmonic on Nov. 30.
