Madonna Accused of Being a Really Annoying Neighbor

One of Madonna’s neighbors at 41 Central Park West between 64th and 65th streets filed a lawsuit against the building’s co-op board on Friday accusing it of failing to curb the Material Girl’s antics.
Madonna blasts music and dances in her 7th floor apartment, causing “noise and vibration to pour through the walls, ceilings and radiators,” charged Karen George, her upstairs neighbor. “Ms. George has been forced to endure blaring music, stomping and shaking walls for approximately one and a half to three hours each day.” the lawsuit continued.
The co-op board at the pre-war building, known as Haperley Hall, has already threatened to evict the pop star, the Daily Mail reported. The board had also asked for a rehearsal schedule so they could alert the neighbors. (Image of 41 Central Park West via Corcoran. Thumbnail of Madonna by Alan Light via flickr)
